Seasonal Break 2025 – 2026

SimPal is taking its annual seasonal break throughout December and early January. During this period, we will not be accepting new applications or operating a waiting list. Many of the services we rely upon are significantly disrupted at this time of year, particularly postal services. Closing temporarily allows us to ensure fairness, certainty, and the chance for our small team to spend valued time with family and friends.

We will return on Tuesday 6th January 2026 and look forward to continuing our work supporting people facing digital poverty and difficult circumstances. We wish you a safe and peaceful Christmas and New Year.
