How long do you offer support for?

SimPal supports for a term of six months.

Can I keep my number?

Yes. As long as you're out of contract or on ‘Pay As You Go’, you'll be able to transfer your number free of charge.

Can you support my existing contract?

Unfortunately, SimPal isn't in a position to support with existing contracts.

Do I have to share any financial information?

No, we'll never ask for any financial information.

What do you do with my information?

SimPal complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 to store information for internal use only, this means we'd never share your personal information without your consent.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, all services provided are pre-paid by SimPal.

What types of phones do you support people with?

All our phones are pre-loved, Internet enabled, and in good condition.

Are your services means-tested?

No, anybody struggling to afford to run a mobile phone can apply to SimPal.

What happens after the 6 month period?

You will be contacted by Vodafone to offer you a monthly 'Social Tariff.' Please follow this link to check it out.


Do you fix broken phones?

Unfortunately, SimPal cannot assist with broken phones.
