The application form is only available between 10.30am-4.30pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

  1. Please note that all our phones etc are pre-loved and it is impossible to guarentee they will work with every app. Indeed most will not upgrade their security to the current demands. If this is an issue, unfortunately our service is not for you. They will all work with WhatsAPP and the NHSAPP
  2. We are only open on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays, 10.30am-4.30pm. Please DO NOT send an email asking where the form is!
  3. EVERY application for support, will need a completed form from the website. NOT an email or phone call.
  4. If you are an organisation applying on behalf of someone, we will need YOUR address, and email, not the clients. We don’t send anything directly to vulnerable people.
  5. Please ensure that your contact email is written correctly!!!
