Applications For Support
Your simPal will support all eligible applicants for a minimum of 6 months but no longer than 12 months per connection per our fair usage policy. Should you need support after this time, you can re-apply for support on our website or via your health care professional.

You must make sure all information (including address, email address, telephone number) is up to date and advise us immediately if any of your information changes. It is your responsibility to conduct proper and correct information whilst you make your application to simPal. We will collect and secure information in correspondence with the Data Protection Act 2018 [GDPR].

Your simPal may find it necessary to request further information from you about your application, you must comply with Your simPal’s requests otherwise your application will be closed.

Your simPal will not process any applications that request support for existing contracts or for any Pay-As-You go ‘PAYG’ tariffs with any other providers.

Bolt-ons and EU Roaming
Your simPal can not provide such services which apply as a ‘bolt on’ or ‘boost’ to your supported service. It is your responsibility to manage how much of your allowance you use in any 30-day period. If you use all of your allowance within a 30-day period, you will have to wait until the start of the next 30 day period to use that service again. This usually begins on or around the 1st of every month.

Your simPal can not provide services to support EU Roaming, you will not be able to use our SIM cards if you are travelling outside of the UK.


Supporting Cancer Support Groups & Not For Profits
Your simPal will accept applications from Cancer Support Groups based with in the UK however, Groups and other Not For Profits (NFP) will not take priority over outstanding individual applications. If a group or NFP is provisioned service, it will only be for a maximum of 6 months with a 1 year cool off period between support.

Our Rights to Disconnecting Your SIM
Your SIM Card will be disconnected unless, at least once every 90 days, your number is used to:

make at least one call, SMS to another number (not including calls to emergency services);

make at least one connection to the Internet;

If you do not use your service within 90 days, your service will be set for disconnection from the network and you will not be able to claim for your number.

Non-geographical & Premium Rate Numbers
Your simPal does not support such services where a user can dial a non-geographical number. These start 0845, 0844, 0843 but not including 0800. You are also not permitted to use our SIM cards for premium rate services.

Emergency Services
You can make free calls to emergency services from your provisioned SIM. When you're outside of coverage, your phone will try to locate another mobile network so that you can make emergency calls. Emergency service calls cannot be made using any data or VoIP services or applications you may have on your mobile device(s).
